Automatic station preset (finds FM stations and presets them in memory), Automatic memory scan (scans and plays stations which have been preset), 24 station memory (8 AM/ 16 FM). Metallic gray finish, LCD remote that controls tuner and MD player. 6 hours MD playback on two AAs, 4.5 hours on rechargeable NiMH. Radio play: 35 hours on two AAs, 28 hours on rechargeable.
